The College of Business and Public Administration offers two Master’s degrees. The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is internationally accredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. It provides professionals with advanced skills and competencies necessary to manage and lead business enterprises in a global competitive economy.

The Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) is designed to enhance the decision-making and leadership skills of mid- to senior-level administrative and political officials in the government and nonprofit sectors. The M.P.A. is nationally accredited by the National Association of Schools of Public Administration and Affairs (NASPAA).

General Requirements for Admission
The minimum requirements for admission of post baccalaureate
and graduate students to CSUSB are:
1. Completion of a four-year college course of study and hold an acceptable baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association or have completed equivalent academic preparation as determined by appropriate campus authorities.
2. Good academic standing at the last college or university attended.
3. Have attained a GP of at least a 2.5 in the last 90 quarter (60 semester units) units attempted.
4. Satisfactorily meet the professional, personal, scholastic, and other standards for graduate study, including qualifying examinations.
Applicants who do not quality for admission under these provisions may be admitted by special action if, on the basis of acceptable evidence, they are judged to possess sufficient academic, professional, and other potential to merit such action.

CSUSB begins accepting applications from new and readmitted
students on November 1st for the following fall quarter,
June 1st for the following winter quarter, August 1st for
the following spring quarter, and February 1st for the
following summer quarter.
