Deadlines

Applications for Spring 2013 are no longer being accepted. Applications for Fall 2013 will be accepted on October 1, 2012 through November 30, 2012.

Applications are available online at CSUMentor. Students will be notified via e-mail once their application has been received.

Getting Started

Step 1

New incoming students applying to CSUSB must first complete an application online at www.csumentor.edu and pay the non-fundable application fee of $55 (if you do not qualify for the fee waiver). Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will instantly receive a confirmation number--be sure to print and keep that page as your receipt.

Step 2

Mail in your official transcripts and any other additional documents to:

                              Admissions & Student Recruitment UH-171

                              5500 University Pkwy.

                              San Bernardino, CA 92407

Step 3

Within one week, you should receive a notice by email that your application has been received and will contain a Coyote ID#, activation code, and CSUSB email account.

Step 4

Activate your MyCoyote account and check your application status once you login. MyCoyote will be able to tell you if the Admissions office is missing any documents and the status of your application.
